Glenda developed her first house in Trinidad and Tobago at the age of 28 with her father and brother. She believes that she got the desire to build from her father, who was extremely handy in her native land. With over 23 years in real estate development, she prides herself on integrity, honesty, and quality, the cornerstones on which she’s developed GK Innovations, LLC. Having substantial knowledge in real estate analysis, acquisition, design, and construction management, she became the founder and CEO of GK Innovations, LLC. Andre’s extensive knowledge in finance and real estate investing joined the company upon graduating college. With a lot of ambition and desire to support Glenda’s vision, Andre works extensively as the lead developer. He earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
