GJS Traditional Bldg. LLC has been in business since 1994. We operate as a General Contractor in Saint Petersburg, FL. GJS offers new construction and remodeling  and will cater to  both commercial or residential customers. The owner at GJS, Gary J Splittgaber is a journeyman licensed carpenter and has extensive training / experience in all carpentry aspects. Gary also has a back ground in doing commercial high rise and FL Power sub station construction which gave him a lot of his structural concrete experience so whether its old or new, big or small, GJS should be able to help you out with a variety of your building needs. On top of being able to build your home, office, church, school, etc., GJS has a team who specializes in carpentry and high end finish work. We can supply and install your entire mill work package including crown mold, base mold, casing, chair rail, interior doors, stair way systems, custom entry systems, custom built-ins, entertainment centers, radical moldings, curved moldings and just about any other kind of molding that you can think of. GJS can supply and install all of your door handles and hardware for doors including basic standard type handles to the most intricate full mortise handles, locks and hardware.
