We are a third generation residential construction and management firm dating back to 1939. The average length of employment of our current staff is over ten years. On-site managers at each building stand ready to serve you. Our maintenance department offers 24/7 emergency service and takes pride in quick response in problem solving and maintenance needs. Ginkel Construction, Inc. developed and built all of these properties. We have first hand knowledge of the construction of each building and take great pride in maintaining these apartment homes.
