Gilmore Property Management is a local company serving Weber and Davis counties. It is owned and operated by Stephanie Gilmore. Stephanie handles all the administrative, repairs and maintenance coverage, and leasing duties. She started as an owner/manager of her own rental properties, and has successfully managed those properties for over 7 years. She eventually expanded into managing other properties in 2014, and now has multiple contracts for properties. Once she started managing properties outside of her own, it was decided that it was time to broaden the business. Stephanie has her Master's degree in business management, and her Bachelor's degree in business administration. She has been in the management field for over 15 years in her day-to-day employment.
