My name is Natalie and I am an ex-collegiate athlete of cross country as well as track and field. I am a professional trainer, and have been for the last 10 years. Currently I specialize in training all types of soldiers at the Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center in Johnston Iowa. It was easy to lose drive post collegiate sports, but my competitiveness luckily remained. In 2015 I qualified for the Spartan World Championships in Tahoe. Working with Kirk, and using specific tools obtained through our meetings, has expanded my overall training, personal fitness, and mental state of being focused. I immediately saw benefits while continuing to strive towards my long-term goals.
