Johan studied accountancy with the express purpose of gaining much experience to enable him run his own business enterprises. Starting at a young age, he invested his spare earnings into real estate which, over the years, was built into a large property empire. Born in England and educated in South Africa, he brings leadership skills and experience which has been built up over decades of successful projects in various international businesses. James passions and hobbies include serving in his local Church as a volunteer, Director of a weekly streaming broadcast and Serving on multiple charitable boards. Boards included Fishing 4 a Mission, a local organization that donates fishing trips to wounded veterans and struggling families, and Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Mazatlan, an international Christian, Humanitarian organization that serves the poor throughout the World. Desai served at the Toronto Sun Publishing for 17-years before deciding to make a move to the United States to pursue business ventures. Mr. Desai, his wife and two children, moved to Fort Myers, Florida, in 1992 where Mr. Desai established a medical related publication which he successfully made profitable and sold within 3 years. From Fort Myers Mr. Desai created a concept of developing and building residential real estate properties specially targeted towards various ethnic populations within United States and abroad where they could purchase as groups to eventually utilize as second-home and then retirement residences. Mr. Desai decided to introduce the concept within Orlando, Florida, due to the city’s popularity and he moved to Orlando in 1997 to establish the land development and construction company. The concept was very well received and a great number of homes were sold out within 2 years. At present, Mr. Desai has developed relationships with Charter School developers and educators to provide them with physical school facilities on long-term basis with a exclusive contract. In addition, Mr. Desai is involved with various commercial ad residential projects within the United States. Oscar Archila is the Founder and President of Archila Design Group (1997), a well-established Architectural Firm with a diversity of experience catering to all Architectural levels in the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential stages. He has worked for several outstanding and very successful Architects in South Florida before launching his very own firm. His interest in Urban Development of Commercial and Residential put him as a Lead Designer for Barretta & Associates. Oscar has held upscale jobs as Associate Principal, Business Administrator, Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and Team Manager. He was qualified on several projects as the Firm’s representative in dealing with Local and State Codes, US FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and AHCA (Agency Health Care Administration). In the Industrial sector, Oscar presented conceptual drawings for a 1000-ton per day Commercial Plant for Bio-energy Production, and a Concept Design of a Mobil Process Plant. He also supervised the Construction and Installation of a Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Venezuela, South America. Oscar’s Leadership skills have qualified him as President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International for 5 years. Robert Kohn has been a co-founder, director, CEO and CFO of BioPower Operations Corporation since January, 2011, a public company in the waste to energy business. From July 2009 until September 2010, Mr. Kohn was the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Proteonomix, Inc., a public company involved in stem cell research.
