Through personal experience and having reloacted many times, the buying and selling of houses over the past 27 years has given ...  If you are looking for a realtor that provides superior service, has high ethical standards and will do everything humanly possible to sell or help you buy your next home, Greg Schreiber & Rich Grant are  your men!  They are  truly a gem in the world of real estate.    My dad is nearly 93 years old and it was time to sell his condominium.  After my brother, dad and I interviewed a number of realtors we decided to give Greg & Rich  a try since he had done a thorough market analysis prior to our initial meeting and had developed a specific action plan to market my father’s condominium.  Greg & Rich impressed us as  individual’s who not only was a professional, but also would be easy to develop a proactive working partnership with.  Greg & Rich promised to return all of our calls in a timely manner, normally within 10 minutes; Greg repeatedly kept that promise and indeed usually exceed it!    They  did a  great job of getting professional photographs taken of the property, and detailing in the MLS the properties features and virtues.  He and/or his team members held regular open houses, and kept us fully informed of changes and developing trends in the market place so we could plan and respond.   Since my brother lives in Bloomington, Indiana (984 miles away) and I live in Lake Charles, La (830 miles away) my dad needed a lot of personal assistance with gathering real estate related information, understanding  what was being presented to him, and making sure he understood what he was committing to before signing documents.  I tried to assist my dad from 830 miles away as much as I could over the phone, but Greg & Rich were  there to fill in the gaps.  They  answered  our questions were straight forward and truthful.  Greg & rich made adjustments to proposals where we felt they were needed and went out of his way to take documents over for my dad to sign since computers aren’t one of dad’s strengths.   Greg and Rich’s  can do spirit and eagerness to please made working with him an absolute pleasure.  When challenges developed that required action, Greg & Rich offered a variety of possible solutions, took our thoughts into consideration, and then together we developed a consensus on what to do.  One examples was how to proceed with addressing home inspection findings that needed to be resolved.  Rather than passing the problem on to my dad, Greg & Rich  took on a hands-on approach.    Their  natural wit and charm took the edge off of moments that can be sticky in the world of real estate.  They are  very effective as an interface with financial institutions, title companies, HOAs, etc.  They  know who to contact and how to make things happen in a timely fashion.    I can only hope that as my wife and I try to sell our home in Louisianna and move to Ohio, that we are as fortunate to find someone as polished, knowledgable, proactive and honest as Greg Schreiber and Rich Grant have proven to be.   They are both  professional’s with a servant’s heart and I can recommend them  without any reservation.  Greg Schreiber is the epitome of awesome! He is a professional realtor with a sense of urgency that helped us sell our house in literally three days!
