Jerry Molaro is the owner and founder of Gerard Thomas, Inc. Mr. Molaro graduated from St. Johns University in Queens, New York. He was instrumental in the “start-up” of a national staffing firm’s South Florida division. Jerry rapidly advanced from the position of Staffing Consultant to Senior Consultant. He quickly acquired the knowledge necessary to build meaningful relationships with both client companies and candidates. Jerry was responsible for increasing temporary hours to a nationwide high, resulting in his office being awarded the “Best New Business Development Award.” In the following year his branch was granted the award of “National Profit Center,” and the branch was voted number one in “Customer Satisfaction” by placed candidates. Tom is a Senior Consultant and head’s up the Private Wealth Management Division. Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, Tom has 19 years of extensive experience as an Executive Search Consultant. He began his career with Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI), where he received numerous awards as a Pacesetter. He has developed expertise in a number of areas, including accounting, institutional sales, wealth management, hedge fund, wholesalers and lift out teams. Focused on developing long-term relationships with established firms, Tom has made hundreds of placements with Citibank and American Express alone. Welcome to Gerard Thomas, Inc.
