I was not home at the time and in a different state, they used my lock box to come into my garage, do the work, clean up after themselves, left a note, the new remotes and all the paper work that came with it. I got home two weeks later and the garage was clean, lights were off and I could not be happier with this team. They are on time, great pricing and wonderful customer service both in the office staff and the staff on the road. Thanks again Genie of Clearwater. My garage doors were purchased from Genie of Clearwater 11 1/2 years ago. Friday evening the door that's been used the most over those years wouldn't open so my van had to stay outside. I called Genie on Saturday and left a message because the office was closed. Someone called at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, came to the house at 9:45 the same morning and fixed the door.
