Shefali, has been our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Treasurer and a member of our board of directors since the formation of the company. She is responsible for establishing the company’s Code of Ethics, Corporate Governance Guidelines, Internal Controls and Public Company financial reporting. She has served as our Director, Treasurer & CFO since inception.  Shefali holds a (B.S.) Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Boston, MA. She is also a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) and a Member of the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP). January of 2017, the leadership team of Genesys Industries began to implement a growth strategy that will leverage its strengths in pursuit of profitable growth. These strengths include management expertise, substantial liquidity and potential access to additional capital.
