Aubrey also co-founded and served as a managing partner at Linville Team Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage, contributing to his overall knowledge of and experience in the entirety of the commercial real estate field. His knowledge of all aspects of leasing and sales and his personal experience in real estate investing allows his clients to look to him for knowledgeable direction in all aspects of the development process. Aubrey approaches his work with knowledge and honesty, making him an integral part of GEMCAP’s work and any client’s team. is a co-founder and partner of GEMCAP Development, George has been active in commercial real estate, development, and construction for the past 17 years. He began his career after graduating from North Carolina State University where he studied Business and Economics. George worked as the Director of Leasing for Merchandise Mart Properties where he oversaw all leasing and tenant upfits for a 1.8 million square foot commercial portfolio comprised of over 350 tenants. His tenacity and knack for minimizing costs for each tenant contributed to his ability to maintain a 98% occupancy rate within the portfolio. George’s experience also has included working as the Director of Commercial Real Estate for a large family owned development and investment company. There, he was responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions, development, and management of a diverse portfolio comprised of over $75 million in value and over 800,000 square feet of leased space. George’s work is characterized by a fierce advocacy on behalf of his clients. He works tirelessly to go above and beyond a client’s expectations, especially as it pertains to their costs and the time a transaction takes. His knowledge and experience with large portfolios has given him the ability to always find a way to get the job done, making him an indispensable player on any client’s team. began his career in design and construction in 1999 after graduating from the University of Tennessee. His experience in construction management has ranged from small office buildings, to retirement communities, to franchise locations for large corporations. He brought his knowledge and experience to GEMCAP Development in 2018 where he currently serves as Construction Manager. OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Laura handles GEMCAP’s prospecting efforts and client management, helping them achieve real estate growth through site acquisition and development. She approaches her work with a depth of knowledge, a tenacity for getting the job done, and an easy-going attitude, all of which help her put clients at ease throughout the transaction.
