Dr. Geffen Godder is a Florida and New York state licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, families, and adults. For over 15 years, she has provided her clients with a tailored approach to therapy in a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment. Dr. Godder collaboratively works with her clients to gain greater insight into their underlying concerns as well as to build skills to help them cope with significant life stressors, and interpersonal difficulties. Dr. Godder has been practicing in Boca Raton since 2011, where she conducts individual and family therapy across developmental ages and stages. Dr. Godder utilizes an integrative approach that is firmly grounded in theory and evidence-based practice. By combining elements of psychodynamic, attachment, family systems, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapy, Dr. Godder personalizes treatments according to the individual needs of every client. Dr. Godder works to understand and to break behavioral patterns, as well as to provide clients with the skills necessary to cope with life stressors and distressing symptoms.
