From design to completion the job went smoothly and on schedule. The scope of services included structural engineering, relocation of plumbing, removal and replacement of the electrical panel along with relocating walls and a kitchen renovation. Once preconstruction was finalized, we were given a schedule of the construction sequence and a timeline for completion. The end result exceeded our expectiations. We remodeled a home that had been in my family for over 60 years and Matt ensured that even with doubling the size of the home that the remodel kept with architecture and spirit of the existing structure. He recognized our budget an ensured we stayed within it, and even today, over two years after the project was completed, he has been personally available to answer any questions we have.
