Welcome to Gateway School of Real Estate Established in June of 1990, Gateway School of Real Estate is a state licensed school that is dedicated to providing the very best real estate educational courses. Primarily teaching Sales Associate , Brokers Courses, & Continuing Education Credits.  Jennifer G. Segala a Massachusetts approved Instructor (#004) & Florida Permitted instructor # ZH1003078 is the owner and principal teacher of all classes.  Classes consist of live instruction by Jennifer.  Lessons are taught by association, practical use and from much of Jennifer's own experience having been in real estate for the past 30 years. If you are interested in obtaining a real estate license. All candidates must first successfully complete a pre-licensing course.  Gateway School of Real Estate offers courses every other month in a variety of days and times   covering all state mandatory topics.Once you have completed the required course you are then eligible to take the State real estate exam.  When you have passed the exam you are then eligible to receive a license (currently this is all done in one step, you are now issued a license at the testing center the same day.) Gateway School of Real Estate continues to holds one of the highest student passing scores for real estate tests in MA and hopes to bring that legacy to Florida.The School maintains the policy that in the event any student does not pass the licensing exam after completing the required courses, they may return to any future classes within a 1 year period to review or brush up on any of the course topics,at NO additional fee. In addition to offering you a fun educational experience Gateway School of Real Estate is still also able to offer you these course at a fair cost to you.
