Founded in 1953, Garner Industries specializes in plastic injection molding of small to medium sized parts, short to medium run precision machining of metals and plastics, and custom tool building, and wire EDM services. Garner Industries In 2001, Garner Industries moved into its 115,000 square foot facility on 30 acres of Heartland prairie located in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Conveniently located just two miles from Interstate 80, the plant features distinct areas for CNC machining equipment, wire EDM equipment, plastic injection molding presses, and the manufacture of BinMaster level controls. Garner’s quality laboratory, which is centrally located, houses advanced inspection equipment. Plus, there is substantial mold storage and warehousing for raw materials and finished goods, with an easily accessible large shipping dock. For optimal communication, all of Garner’s production, sales, and entire office staff are in one location. Garner Industries Named Nebraska Manufacturer of 2017 Garner Industries of Lincoln has been named Nebraska’s mid-sized manufacturer of the year by the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The company was honored Thursday, Oct. 12, at the State Chamber’s Manufacturing and Distribution Executive Summit held at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha. The Nebraska Manufacturer of the Year award has been presented annually since 2008 to Nebraska manufacturers that successfully implement innovative ways of conducting business using new products, processes, technologies and strategies.  The Nebraska Safety Council honored Garner Industries with their Star Safety Award on October 11 at their 2017 Nebraska Safety Council Conference. This honor was awarded based on evaluation by an independent committee reviewing nominees statistical safety data, training activities, and risk management. Garner Industries Awarded International Quality Management Certification Garner Industries was awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, demonstrating their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and consistent commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.  Garner Industries Expands Lincoln Operations Garner Industries is investing more than $3 million dollars to expand its operations in Lincoln, Nebraska with a 40,000-square foot addition to its existing 75,000 square foot building. The addition will accommodate the company’s growing manufacturing operation and provide additional warehouse space. Plastics molder Garner Industries is also manufacturer of the BinMaster line of level measurement sensors and inventory management systems. Garner’s molding customers can manage their resin inventory remotely from a PC, tablet, or phone for real-time monitoring. McLain Named CEO & President of Garner Industries Garner Industries of Lincoln, Nebraska announces the promotion of Scott McLain to Chief Executive Officer & President of Garner Industries. Scott is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and joined the company in 1992, having served as President since 2000 in progressive roles managing the company’s sales, marketing and manufacturing operations. This promotion recognizes Scott’s experience developing and leading Garner Industries to substantial growth by expanding sales, executing investments in infrastructure, and implementing disciplined cost management.
