In September of 2011 Gaines began work with Hensel Phelps at the Fort Bragg Womack Army Medical Center, a 63,500 SF facility with three new separate parking lots added to the existing facility. Gaines Construction successfully completed this $8 Million site package in October of 2011, on time and within budget.  Gaines was chosen by Hensel Phelps to handle the demo, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving for the new FORSCOM/USARC Headquarters in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Gaines Construction was thoroughly screened and selected after submitting a proposal for a best value solicitation requested by the Veteran’s Administration for the replacement and upgrade of their existing aging infrastructure around the Hefner VA Medical Center.
