We use sophisticated property management software and websites to manage reservations, listings and promotions for your property making our operations more efficient than other companies. We handle all aspects of the reservations: rental contracts, confirmation correspondence, directions, payment methods, sales taxes and accounting related to your property so you don’t have to worry about the details We offer (3) different online advertising packages; Good, Better, Best and a a la carte selection of websites to promote your property. We will obtain high quality photos of your property, take a detailed inventory of your home, develop detailed directions to your property, implement access control procedures to your home, submit detailed listings on several advertising websites and to set up your home in our property management system and company website. Owners are welcome to use a service provider of their choice for any of the tasks above or may elect to contract Gail’s Island Realty to coordinate or provide any or all of these services at discounted rate plus a small management fee. Costs for maintenance and repair services can conveniently be integrated into the Owner’s monthly statements . We allow your home to be listed for sale while it’s being rented provided your Realtor coordinates closely with us for showings to ensure our guests can enjoy their vacations undisturbed.
