As president of Gaetano Pools Inc. of Sarasota, Florida and founder of Coast To Coast Pools which I sold 7 years ago. I would like to share with you our family's experience and commitment to the pool industry. In 1976, I started as a laborer for Anthony Pools in Phoenix, Arizona who is and was the largest pool company in the country. I trained in all phases of pool construction and customer relations. This experience began at the end of a shovel, to a 90lb. jackhammer and eventually to the sales presentation to customers. I believe that by being involved physically in every aspect of construction gives you the best experience in the world. Refining my skills in the industry helped me learn two very important lessons… how to work with the best home builders in the area and more importantly, how to listen to what the customer really wants and expects of our company. I am currently a Florida state certified pool builder and recipient of many national and local awards. I previously built my previous company from a tiny office in my closet into the best and largest pool builder not only in Sarasota but the whole west coast of Florida. We built pools for all the nations largest home builders such as: U.S. Homes, Lennar Homes, Ryland Homes, Cen- tex Homes, Nohl Crest Homes, Rutenberg Homes, Tivoli Homes, Westfield Homes, John Cannon Homes, Todd Johnston Homes, Kimball Hill Homes and several thousand private homeowners as well. I achieved both a goal and a dream.
