Gavin Ottley is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago and multi-lingual global business executive with a 19-year career spanning international trade, and economic development and country promotion in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Ottley is a highly disciplined, self-motivated professional with a reputation for consistently creating value and executing strategy. He was later recruited by Republic Bank Limited, the largest locally-owned commercial financial institution in the Caribbean, to manage the bank’s international trade finance portfolio in Latin America. He earned his B.A. degree in Spanish and French and post-graduate diploma in International Relations, both with honors, from the University of the West Indies. He then obtained a certified diploma in accounting and finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), as well as a professional diploma in Corporate Governance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK). She is flexible and adapts easily to new work environments, system processes and different cultures.
