With nearly three decades of senior-level corporate and entrepreneurial career experience in management, sales, marketing, promotion, forecasting and budget planning, Orlando-based Luis Alberto Arce offers consummate expertise in the real estate industry. Lived in Orlando and had worked in all facets of  the Vacation Ownership industry such as Condo Hotels ,Vacation Homes and Timeshares with a certification as a Fractional Real Estate Professional, he currently serves as Founder of upstart Futura Real Estate LLC, which is working toward development of a new condo hotel project in the Orlando market. Since 1998, he has also served as CEO of Experience Sunvestments International, LLC, overseeing all aspects of development, management and operation of companies that have generated multi-million dollar revenues. There, Luis has produced an ongoing flow of new sales through personal referrals from buyers & sellers, his own personal marketing websites, and a trusted network of partner realtors. Luis attended Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, Connecticut mayor in Business Administration. He has additional studies via seminars in sales , management marketing holds a Florida Real Estate Broker and a Certify Fractional Professional. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.  Working directly with project management and sales pro forma he learned how to create project sales absorption by customizing seller concessions specific to the investor / buyer’s needs.  These project sales structures lead to 7 project sellouts in a span of 5 years.  A successful sales career with the nation’s leading condo conversion developer took him to the State of Florida where his career advanced once again.  After quickly becoming a Sales Manager with the developer in Florida Joey challenged himself once again by starting his own strategic sales and marketing group and signing a contract with one of the nation’s top publicly traded homebuilders – Pulte Homes.  By contracting an investor sales offering backed by a strategic hospitality management component, Joey customized a sales and marketing effort that became standard in developer sales offerings to international investors. During the historical downturn of the US markets onset in 2008 Joey accepted an offshore international sales position with Turnberry International out of South Florida.  In joint efforts with Kerzner International his team took over onsite sales at Atlantis Crystal Tower Paradise Island in the Bahamas to reposition the Reef Residences at Atlantis condo-hotel offering. Upon doing so he returned stateside to enter the distressed marketplace and put his creativity to the test with the task of consulting his previous investors in the disposition of their Florida investments. By late 2012 the repositioning of distressed condo product called for the highest level of expertise in one of the hardest struck markets in the country in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Together with a partnership between a NY hedge fund and a strategic sales and marketing group out of South Florida Joey took on the International Sales Director position to reposition the remaining developer inventory of Veer Towers at City Center in Las Vegas.  Together with the same group in 2014 they took on another broken luxury waterfront project in Boynton Beach, Florida – Peninsula on the Intracoastal. Once again Joey was given the post of international sales direction with a multi-million dollar sellout. Matt Dixon has over 20 years’ experience with international buyers. Being a native from the UK and an owner Vacation properties transitioned into helping buyers to purchase all manner of property investments. Matt was one of the first European based proponents of the hotel condominium investment model and brought wide awareness in the UK and Europe to this niche market – initially on a project in South Beach, Miami and then in Orlando. Also working in diverse markets throughout the USA and also in the Bahamas.
