FULL SCOPE SURVEYING, LLC    Wells D. Meeker formed Full Scope Surveying, LLC here in Freeport, Florida in late 2007. He has spent the majority of his thirty years in the Land Surveying profession in his hometown of Clearwater, Florida and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. The geographic similarity of the two areas lets him utilize his extensive knowledge of surveying gulf front and bay front properties, urban and suburban areas, and wetland regions, here in Northwest Florida.  Before his personal endeavor, Mr Meeker was employed at several well-established surveying and engineering firms and worked to complement their staff. His ability to be a team player has been conducive to the successful completion of a wide scope of projects. More notable of these include assisting with the construction layout of Florida Department of Transportation projects such as: the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, the Lee Roy Selmon Cross-Town Expressway, the Suncoast Parkway and the Veterans Expressway. Projects completed in the private sector include construction stakeout and as-built surveys of: multi-story structural steel commercial buildings, shopping centers, and subsequent parking areas. His experience with large residential developments includes: Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Platting, and Construction Stakeout of the roads and other infrastructure. In addition, he has performed preliminary field work and the preparation of easements for acquisition and recording, on projects that include water transmission mains and well fields for West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority and Tampa Bay Water.   Wells D. Meeker is licensed only in the State of Florida and holds license number LS 5512. His many years of experience in our state and knowledge of the applicable rules and regulations, enables him to carefully interpret legal descriptions, weigh the boundary evidence accordingly and make a sound determination of the boundary corner locations. Together with his knowledge of Boundary Surveys, Construction Stakeout, and other aspects of Land Surveying, Mr. Meeker is well qualified to help you with any of your surveying needs.
