Full Cycle Strategy(FCS) LLC is a privately held Holding Company. FCS LLC holding company has two subsidiaries: Prior to starting Full Cycle Strategy, David worked in a top IT provider in various positions. During his time in that firm, he worked on 3 startup organizations, downsized 2 organizations, developed the go to market strategy for 2 consulting and a software organizations, was the top salesperson in the world 2 years out of 3 years. David was know to transform relationships between this Top Fortune 50 company and its clients for more than 15 years. He has held positions in management, technology development, services, consulting, negotiations, headquarter staff and sales. David has worked with all levels of management and executives within the firm and with his clients’ organizations during transitions and strategy execution. In Full Cycle Strategy LLC In 2007, David founded Full Cycle Strategy LLC as a consulting firm because, in his experience, clients were often led astray by consultants that were young and very bright, but never had real life experience. With a network of people that worked in various positions during transitions, FCS provided a unique set of skills for all of our clients. Transition to a Holding Company David migrated FCS from a consulting company to a holding company in 2010 to allow for the investment into new technology and markets. In this transition, he focused on ensuring that clients were unaffected by the move towards other investments. Focusing on the Holding Company Effective 1 February 2013, David move to the sole function of Chief Executive Officer of Full Cycle Strategy LLC and reduced his consulting involvement, so he could focus on other parts of his life. In the process, he transitions the consultants into positions at their clients and sold the European based consulting. However, based on unique requests, David continues to engaged in some consulting with clients from time to time. Full Cycle Strategy Consulting LLC Effective 30 September 2016, FCS Consulting LLC will cease to exist as FCS LLC will move towards an Investment Holding Company. All consulting engagements have been transitioned to the new partnerships until complete. Please refer to your local contacts for any future business or questions.
