As President and CEO, Ernest is responsible for FS360′s overall operation, to include establishing its Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Operating Plan. Since the company’s inception in 2008, Ernest has led to FS360 to 170% annualized growth and into ongoing projects with many marquee client relationships, to include Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, Lockheed Martin, City of Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology and many others. Ernest brings nearly 30 years of Strategic, Business Development, Operations and Finance management experience to the enterprise. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s College of Business and has held multiple executive positions prior to co-founding FS360. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and as Chairman of its Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC). He is also an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce. Chris provides financial oversight for FS 360. Chris’s vast experience in underwriting, capital investing, construction management and finance administration are essential to every phase of FS 360’s business. Robert serves as Director of Commercial Interior projects. He is responsible for managing the company’s commercial interior estimation/bid processes, building construction teams and overseeing each project’s proper execution. Robert has a considerable track record of success. Prior to joining FS 360, Robert worked for several successful construction and consulting businesses with extensive work in the Commercial Interior, Medical and Industrial construction markets. Robert attended Lagrange College and holds a BBA in Business. Scot is an integral member of FS 360 operations team. Since joining the company in 2012, he has been responsible for delivering some of the company’s largest and most comprehensive projects. Scot oversees FS 360′s key corporate and higher education client relations, to include all Business Development, Pre-Construction/Estimation and Project Execution activities. Scot brings nearly 20 years’ experience managing complex projects that required innovative, problem-solving methodologies. In addition, Scot has worked on multiple projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA), with a collective value exceeding $100 million. Scot will work with the Skanska-FS 360 project team to direct the team’s efforts regarding the project’s Utility Coordination. In support of these tasks, Scot’s Georgia Utility Contractors license and his HJAIA experience will prove very beneficial to all stakeholders. Keith Brown, PMP, is a FS360 Project Manager and has extensive experience in the construction industry, having spent more than 25 years exceeding client’s expectations. Keith has worked in a variety of roles with several notable firms, to include Brown & Root (now KBR), AECOM, AMEC (now AMEC Foster Wheeler), Skanska, Johnson Controls, Delta Air Lines and Porsche Cars North America. As Safety Director, Tim develops and provides technical and administrative direction on all safety and health policies and programs for FS360, including developing and implementing safety training programs for employees. He oversees, monitors and updates safety programs for compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, EPA regulations, CERLA, and RCRA, NFPA, and ANSI regulations, including hazard and risk assessments. He works with senior management and project teams in hiring, developing and overseeing project safety staff and regularly visits all FS 360 projects.
