I created From My Bowl in early 2016 because I am so very passionate about sharing the power of plants with…you! I believe that vegan food does not have to be expensive, complicated, and/or bland. I But enough about the food! You came here to learn more about me, right? Well, let’s see. If I’m not in the kitchen, you will most likely find me practicing yoga, walking outdoors, doodling in my bullet journal, or listening to some chill acoustic music. I also like to play around with my essential oil diffuser, but I’m kind of scared to put that on here because I don’t really want to be accosted with a bunch of pyramid-scheme oil-selling companies. That pretty much sums up all that I have to say about me, so if you made it this far, thanks for sticking around! And thank you for supporting this dream of mine that has become From My Bowl. It feels so surreal to be able to do something that I love every single day, and I don’t take it for granted. So thank you.
