Frisa Steel Our Santa Catarina facility, with 4 forging lines under 1,172,840 sq. feet ( 108,960 sq. m) of manufacturing space, has the capability and experience to offer high value forgings solutions in an ample variety of shapes, geometries and sizes. Located in the heart of the Industrial strip of Monterrey Mexico, it ́s nearness to the US border (139 miles) places us in an ideal location for the shipping and transportation of our products to the rest of the world. Our Open Die facility is located in García, Nuevo Leon (6 miles away from our other facilities). With 90,000 sq. feet (8,000 sq. m) of manufacturing space, it was specifically designed to offer a wider range of open forging products in various grades of Steel and Carbon base alloys. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enables us to produce larger, heavier and more complex shapes, Open Die plant represents a leap in our forging solutions portfolio. In Frisa we are convinced that by playing an active role in our community we can make a difference. In response to that, Fundacion Frisa was established in 2005 with the mission to provide assistance for the vulnerable, ill, physically challenged people through non profit organizations.
