History of Frigibar Originally based out of Miami, Florida, Frigibar Industries, LLC. was formed in 1971 by Sheldon Oletzky from what was formerly Frigibar Marine. A twenty-one year veteran of the United States Navy and experienced aerospace engineer, Mr. Oletzky utilized his experience in and dedication to the marine industry and the U.S. to create a superior product, manufactured in America. Through our decades of experience, we have perfected the craft of fiberglass cockpit freezers, sharing American made freezers and refrigerators with the world. The daughter of Frigibar Industries Founder Sheldon Oletzky, Shuly Oletzky grew up in immersed the marine industry. She spent seasons at boat shows side-by-side with her father, meeting people, learning about the business, and spending time with family. In 2010, Shuly took over the family business, becoming President of Frigibar Industries, LLC. Shuly has grown Frigibar’s legacy by continuing to offer the best in marine refrigeration, and by using her ideas, work ethic, and passion to create new relationships and partnerships and expand their reach. In addition to her work with Frigibar, Shuly also serves on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals Florida, is the Co-Vice Chair of Easter Seals Get Down to Business Lunch in Palm Beach, Boat Show Committee Member for the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), and is an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Businesses program and Leadership Palm Beach County (LPBC).
