About the time when Katrina was planning her own wedding, she really found her passion in helping others enjoy their special day with no fuss – and created a successful wedding planning and coordinating business part time. Fast forward a few years and kids later, this small business to help out a few friends has blossomed into a full-service event management company bringing new ideas, concepts, energy and a “FResch Perspective,” aptly named by Katrina’s husband, Matt, that is uniquely “Katrina.” 12/27/2017 FResch Perspective is proud to announce that Liz Southers has recently joined the team! During her years in south Florida, Liz spent about 7 years working with different community organizations, including the National Organization of Women; Broward County chapter, and organizations dedicated to helping those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction get and stay clean. Her work with these organizations included managing many different fundraisers, events and social gatherings. A natural talent for this type of work, it seems organic how her path led to FResch Perspective. FResch Perspective is growing fast and with big things on the horizon Liz is thrilled to be along for the ride. Meetings are for getting down to business – not managing logistics like lunch, room setup & tech needs. We can search and inspect venues to ensure that they meet the client’s requirements. We manage the budgets set by our clients and stick to them, hire and wrangle keynote speakers or celebrities, organize transportation, prepare the itinerary, schedule break-out sessions, hire A/V teams and equipment, contract food and beverage, book entertainment and generally make sure the meeting or conference runs smoothly. We will work with you to ensure that the everything is running according to your plan. After, we will ask for feedback and take account of any complaints or problems to help improve future meetings or conferences. From festivals to markets and everything in between – a large-scale event can make or break a business. With over a decade of experience, we’ve seen it all and have a few tricks up our sleeves to make your event go off without a hitch. With the goal of raising donations for a charity or advocacy organization, we help create a theme and programing for the event OR arrive day of with a smile on our face and monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied. Also known as a “day of” coordinator – we are here to assist in executing your party planning needs. We offer support prior to the event, recommendations – whatever you need! Let’s be honest, we are usually month-of planners. We coordinate the logistics of your day to make sure that everything that you have spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned. We will be the point of contact for your chosen vendors and will review your contracts and understand exactly who is doing what and when. We will create your day-of timeline, which will break down all the details regarding arrival times, setup and breakdown. Our favorite time in the process is when we do a site visit and discuss all the fun details you have planned and see how you envision the space.
