grew up around the real estate business, and spent her formative years in the Upper Delaware Catskills, but headed south to Florida for college. After 26 years in the Sunshine State, Lynne came back to her hometown, working in the agency started by her Dad, and continued by her two brothers. Lynne is a licensed real estate salesperson in both NY and PA. She is President of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors; the Sullivan County (NY) Multiple Listing Service; the Pike-Wayne (PA) Board of Realtors and the Pike-Wayne MLS. She has twice been chosen "The Best Real Estate Agent" by readers of The River Reporter newspaper. Lynne is a Zillow 5-star agent. She also sits on the board of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development, dedicated to bringing business to our area. Lynne is active in local politics: serving as the secretary on the Damascus Township Zoning Hearing Board, and an elections inspector for Damascus Township. She served as President of the Callicoon Business Association, and was honored by the New York Senate with a resolution for her volunteerism in the Business Association. is the former Mayor of Jeffersonville, New York and an Associate Broker at Freda Real Estate, licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. Susie has worked for Freda Real Estate since 1984 and grew up here in the Upper Delaware Valley. Susie is past President of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors and is active on many committees at NYSAR (New York State Association of Realtors). Susie is past President of the Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, and the Sullivan County Board of Realtors. She is a member of the Pike-Wayne Multiple Listing Service. Susie is a past trustee of the Village of Jeffersonville. She is past President of the Callicoon Kiwanis Club, Business and Professional Women's Organization, New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials, Codification Committee Village of Jeffersonville. Member of the Planning Board, Village of Jeffersonville. Past member of the Sullivan County Charter Review Committee, member of the St. Francis Catholic Church. Susie enjoys competitive volleyball, walking, swimming & boating. has been in the real estate profession since 1982. She worked in Sullivan County until 1995, and was an owner/broker in New York, as well. In 1995, Linda relocated to Colorado and worked as an associate broker selling mountain properties until her return east in 2003. Linda now resides in Honesdale, Pennsylvania and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Sullivan County Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service, as well as Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. Linda enjoys horseback riding, especially cross-country jumping, and downhill and cross-country skiing. , 1919�2003, known as Joe, was the principal broker of Freda Real Estate. After retiring as a full colonel from a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, Joe assumed leadership of the oldest real estate company in the Upper Delaware Valley and operated Freda Real Estate from 1971 until 2003. Joe was a graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), was a past President of Sullivan County Board of Realtors, and was a member of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors and the Wayne County Association of Realtors. Joe was past Director of the Mid-Hudson chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Joe was named Sullivan County's Realtor of the Year in 1994. Served on Sullivan County Neversink-Delaware Study Commission Active in Callicoon, New York Business Association; Damascus, Pennsylvania Township Improvement Association; Delaware Valley Central School Strategic Planning Committee Joe was a graduate of Cornell University. He was a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force (27 years), who flew combat missions as a pilot in three wars: World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. We at Freda Real Estate are proud to be the sole sponsors of The Cochecton Yankees -- a Little League type baseball team and part of the Delaware Valley Little Fellows League.  The field is located in Cochecton, NY, very near the Delaware River.  We are proud of these young men and women and wish them luck this season! Probably the coolest things to see other than the home runs and triple plays are the resident bald eagles that fly over the field on their way to their nest after a day of fishing.  The Callicoon Canoe Regatta is the largest community project that Freda Real Estate is responsible for. Set on the Delaware River, and right behind our office, we started the race over 10 years ago with the help of some able volunteers and annual sponsors. This canoe and kayak race warms the hearts (and bodies!) of hundreds of competitors in Callicoon. It is an annual event with many classes from beginners to experts. The prime focus is a canoe race but any proceeds directly benefit the Delaware Youth Center here in Callicoon. Over the past 10 years thousands of dollars have been raised for the Youth Center. See This stylishly renovated farmhouse is full of charm.
