Marlon A. Onias serves as Chief Executive Officer of FPS Homes, and reports directly to FPS Homes Board of Directors. As CEO Mr. Onias serves as the brand ambassador, while providing the company with its overall vision, and corporate direction. Currently Mr. Onias has been spearheading FPS national launch into several other states along with diversifying the FPS Homes brand into other industries. Previously Mr. Onias was appointed by the 17th Judicial Circuit as Receiver for FPS Homes predecessor company FPM Force, LLC. As Receiver for FPM Force, LLC Mr. Onias was tasked with implementing a stabilization plan for FPM Force, LLC reporting such progress to the Courts. Mr. Onias successfully carried out the day to day operation of FPM Force, LLC while safe guarding its assets, and maintaining company good will. Mr. Onias is a Florida Barred attorney with experience in Foreclosure, Employment Law, and Health Care Law. Mr. Onias has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Saint Leo University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, and a certificate in Health Policy and the Affordable Care Act from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Onias is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, and former police detective. Greg Bennett serves as Chief Operating Officer, and reports directly to the CEO, and FPS Board of Directors. Mr. Bennett heads FPS day to day operations, overseeing all of FPS’s major departments, synchronizing each to operate efficiently within the company. Mr. Bennett assures that the company runs at a steady pace. In addition to overseeing FPS day to day matters, Mr. Bennett is in charge of developing sales, and marketing goals for FPS. Mr. Bennett has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of top-level sales, management and marketing positions with major pharmaceutical companies, financial services and insurance agencies as well as with prior property receivers throughout the South Florida area. Mr. Bennett is originally from Rockaway Beach, New York, moving here to the South Florida area in 1974. He has lived in both Dade and Broward County for the past 43 years. He is a former volunteer with Big Brothers and attends Saint Bernadette's Catholic Church in Davie. Mr. Bennett is proud to be part of a company that believes strongly in helping affected associations and municipalities remain financially strong while providing affordable housing solutions for the "Everyday Heroes." Evan Johnson serves as our Director of IT/Client & Tenant Liaison. Mr. Johnson reports directly to the COO. Mr. Johnson serves as our main point of contact for outside vendors along with client and tenant liaison focusing on the everyday needs of both client and customer. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in managing sales, technology support, and administrating a business’s everyday needs. Mr. Johnson served as branch administrative manager for Allied Building Products where he was in charge of day to day business operations and oversaw a staff of 10 people. Mr. Johnson attended Palm Beach Community College where he studied Computer Sciences. Mr. Johnson has volunteered and participated in many events. Some of those event's were the Alzheimer's Association walk to End Alzheimer's, Broward County National Night Out, and Volunteering to assemble bikes for the families of our Armed Services Personnel at the Marine Corps Air Station Mirimar. OUR MISSION FPS Homes serves as a bridge between Municipalities, Homeowners’ Associations and Condominium Owners’ Associations in preserving distressed properties, while building community relationships, that materialize into affordable rental options for our Everyday Heroes.
