Matt P. is COO for 470 Claims, and brings years of experience and strategic thinking to the operations side. Matt began his adjusting career in 1969 with the landfall of Hurricane Camille, and worked his way up to become National Director of Field Operations, and eventually an owner, of an independent company overseeing events for a top 5 property carrier. After a brief 4-month retirement period, he was recruited to help form 470 Claims, bringing decades of real-world experience, long-term relationships with claims professionals, and deep knowledge of claim operations. Matt is a board member and past chairman of the Board for the Heart of Texas Fair and the ExtraCo event center. He’s currently Chairman of the Wells Fargo Community Board and director of the Waco Business League. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family while working at his ranch. Rob is executive vice president at 470 Claims, and directs client communications and relationships, development, and strategic sales and marketing. Rob came to the insurance industry after a successful career in business, during which time he founded a successful startup in the apparel industry, as well as a management and marketing consulting firm. It was here that he connected with clients in the independent adjusting industry, eventually joining one of them as vice president of sales in 2003. Rob went on to successfully build three sales and marketing departments within the insurance industry, helping each of them develop services and grow their client list. Rob holds an MBA from Arizona State University. He enjoys family time, traveling, and anything by or in the water. Kyle began his adjusting career in 2002, after spending summers traveling with his father as he adjusted cat claims. He currently holds property-adjusting licenses in more than 25 states, and is known for his expertise in dealing with multi-state customers. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University with a minor in general business. In his free time, Kyle loves to spend time with his wife and children, and he enjoys fishing, hunting and reading. At last count, he had read more than 100 books on World War II and the Civil War. Brooks leads the technology team at 470 Claims, combining his information systems expertise with his strong field and management experience. This makes him uniquely qualified to stay on top of the unique and quickly changing requirements of the insurance industry. Brooks graduated form Texas State Technical College, and is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys brewing his own beer, outdoor cooking and fishing. He volunteers for a local government organization that provides funding to at-risk children. After a career as a professional athlete, Kevin started working as an adjuster in 1991, in his home state of Montana. Over the years, he has excelled in both daily and CAT field operations, and has designed and managed inside claims handling units and call centers. Kevin is an active member of the Sons of the American Legion, which provides funeral flags and escorts for fallen heroes. He enjoys motorcycling, hiking, golfing, and antiquing. Kevin and his wife enjoy spending time with their two daughters and grandchildren, and hanging out with their dogs. Bill is a vice president with 470 Claims, providing almost four decades of industry experience for the company. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1974 and started working as a field adjuster, managing catastrophe claims. In 1990, he was named a manager of a large IA firm and has worked in management ever since—managing as many as 300 deployed adjusters at a time.
