is an Acupuncture Physician who received her MS in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (atom.edu). She is a NCCAOM Diplomate in Acupuncture and a Florida-licensed acupuncturist. In addition, she has a MS in Cellular/Molecular Biology from Florida Atlantic University. Claire has been in the medical profession as a medical laboratory technologist, research scientist, public health consultant, physician assistant and midwife assistant for over 35 years. She is Florida-state and nationally licensed (ASCP) as a medical laboratory technologist and supervisor. Claire has provided CEU classes for laboratory technologists and licensed acupuncture physicians. At ATOM, Claire teaches Introduction to Natural Sciences, Understanding & Use of Laboratory Testing, AIDS Update, Biomedical Pharmacology and a section of the Acupuncture Injection Therapy course. In 2006, Claire was awarded Doctor of Natural Medicine from the World Organization of Natural Medicine Practitioners (wonmp-casha.org) and in 2008, she was knighted into the Sovereign Medical Order of the Knights of Hospitaller (smokh.org). She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix, Miami Dade College and the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture. In addition to her scientific training, Claire has extensive training in energy medicine including Crystal Healings, Reiki and Magnified Healing. She has training in Medical Essential Oil Science from Dr. Gary Young, ND; and is also certified in allergy elimination (NAET) from Dr. Devi Nambudripad. Claire is a Native American Practitioner (Medicine Woman & Spiritual Leader) of the Nemenhah Band, a Traditional Native American Organization (Oklevueha Native American Church of Sanpete, nemenhah.org) and able to perform ceremonies & ordinances pertaining to the tenets of the Sacred Shahaptian Healing Way.
