Josiah Lamerson has a passion for seeing individuals achieve their full potential by guiding them to a deeper understanding of self. Josiah obtained his Masters Degree in Social Work from Barry University is a Masters Level Certified Addiction Professional as well. Starting in the addiction treatment industry at an entry level position, Josiah eventually worked his way up to a primary therapist role, giving him a unique perspective from various positions he held. Utilizing a combination of twelve step knowledge and evidenced based therapeutic practices along with real world application, Josiah seeks to create a unique experience for clients with a goal of making lasting internal change. Director of Business Development Kevin Middleton has been working in the field of addiction for over 5 years. His journey as a recovery professional began at Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches in 2013, where he started as an Alumni Coordinator, moving into admissions, and then into a business development position. He has continued to work as a business development professional since then. His passion is to create therapeutic alliances and place patients where clinically appropriate.
