Fostering Resiliency, LLC, originally known as FOSTERING RESILIENCY, LLC, is a Florida-based organization dedicated to transforming the lives of youth through advocacy and education. Founded in Verona Beach, Indian River County, with headquarters located at 2160 58th Avenue, Suite 269, Vero Beach, FL 32966 USA, the company was incorporated on March 7, 2016. Fostering Resiliency offers comprehensive training, speaking engagements, and coaching to empower organizations that work towards supporting youth in achieving their full potential. Dr. Karrol Jo Jones, a former foster youth from Sacramento, CA and the youngest of ten siblings, leads the organization as an Authorized Member and Director. With personal experience as a first-generation college graduate within her family, Dr. Jones holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work and earned her Doctorate from USC in 2015. Motivated by her upbringing and educational achievements, she is committed to advocating for foster youth nationwide. Over the past 11 years, Dr. Jones has been an active lobbyist and change agent focusing on enhancing opportunities for foster youth. Fostering Resiliency was reinstated following its previous operations status on May 22, 2022. It adheres to Florida's corporate regulations under the FLAL company type with the FEI number 81-2067351.
