Start a Business Welcome to Foster A Healthy Life, my name is Linda Foster and I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2014 and was using my coaching skills in the corporate world to help members set and reach goals. In August of 2017 I was part of a reduction in force and over the last few months I decided to take my love of helping people into my own hands and Foster A Healthy Life was born. One of my passions besides inspiring people to be healthy is essential oils…I can talk all day about the different oils, frankincense, bergamot, sandalwood, arborvitae, lemon and wild orange (my favorite) to just name a few. I love sharing how much they have helped my friends and family in their everyday life. I hope you will see that Foster A Healthy Life is a healthy coaching service that is built around building a friendly and positive environment, and nourishing relationships that will last beyond your last coaching session.
