We handle major structural repairs, foundation repairs and earthquake retrofitting. We provide repairs to siding and stucco, as well as outdoor carpentry work, including decks, fences and stairs. We aim to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions where possible, while providing straightforward advice regarding the scope and timeline of your project. Chris worked with us to create what we wanted for our home. He remodeled our living room, front porch, bedroom and bathroom. The project was finished on time and we were very happy with the work. He was flexible and friendly and didn't quibble over every small change, which is something you really appreciate over a long project. He was happy to provide several options and to discuss alternative approaches for our project, but he was also clear about his professional recommendation and the corners that couldn't be cut. He referred us to a variety of craftsmen, including a floor refinisher and a custom carpenter who also did excellent work.
