Allan Wise, one of Fortitech Solutions co-founders, has over 27 years of management and consulting experience within the Federal Government sector. Mr. Wise is a retired Army officer with over 22 years of Active Duty service and 24 years combined federal service as both a Commissioned and Non-Commissioned officer. His leadership and management experience includes numerous active duty assignments including the United States Army 3rd Infantry Division, United States Army Human Resources Command, USMEPCOM, and United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Mr. Wise served as the Director of Personnel for Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), and the Deputy Director of Personnel for Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR). He possesses a proven track record of success in leading high-performing organizations, promoting actionable strategies with strategic planning. As an associate for Booz Allen Hamilton, he served as an analyst for a Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DODIIS) Mission Analysis and Service Definition study for Joint Targeting/HUMINT at CENTCOM/J2. Allan received his commission through IUPUI ROTC, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University. Philipp Albrecht, one of Fortitech Solutions co-founders, has over 20 years of technology and management consulting experience with the Federal Government and commercial clients. He spent 20 years with Booz Allen where he led large, complex systems development and data warehousing projects, managed IT programs, and developed business across numerous Federal Agencies, including NASA, FDA, PBGC, IRS, FMS, EPA, USDA, the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), and DHS. Mr. Albrecht led Booz Allen Hamilton’s effort to establish a quality and risk management program for the Company’s software development business, and was one of the leaders in adopting Agile for systems development. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.
