During the installation, several issues came about that required my attention and the crew leader brought them to my attention immediately. My property actually sloped a bit and was not visible without using a leveling line. If the crew had done “exactly” what was called for on the work order, the end product would not have looked very good. (It would have had a huge gap between the bottom fence rail and the ground.) The crew leader recommended a different approach, which caused them more work, and the fence looks great. From the time they initially arrived, it was obvious that their main concern was taking care of the customer and providing an end product that we both could be proud of.
