As an adjunct faculty member and clinical dietitian at the Brody School of Medicine, she educated physicians, professors, and other healthcare providers about effective methods to prevent and treat childhood overweight. Florida, Emilie has had the opportunity to expand her knowledge and practice by consulting and working with various healthcare providers and academic institutions. She combines her knowledge, experience, and compassion to the development of Foods2Chews, LLC. Through this company, she hopes to educate and empower people of all ages and backgrounds.   Knowledge is power.  Knowledge about your health, and related habits is exceptionally powerful when it results in making positive choices about how you choose to live today, tomorrow, and for many years to come.
