Amy is very passionate about helping people prevent and manage medical conditions by creating personalized meal plans and by setting goals towards one’s optimum health. Amy is a dietitian in the media and has a regular column in Foodoir magazine and Voice Weekly. She and her team has done a range of translation projects from English to both simplified and traditional Chinese for large organizations such as the Dietitians of Canada and the Flax Council of Canada. Charlotte’s original background was in accounting and finance. She firmly believes that the skills she acquired in this industry, such as project management and accountability, have helped contribute to her reputation of professionalism and dedication. Charlotte also thinks that living abroad helps to provide a greater insight into different cultures and approaches, particularly from a dietetics perspective. She is passionate about nutrition and enjoys cooking, Pilates, and literature. Chloe is a dietitian and a culinary nutritionist, who has worked for more than 5 years with chefs from starred restaurants, helping them marry the pleasure of gastronomic cuisine with the well-being of nutrition and sustainability. She presently works closely with SPE® Certified and Rouge® Tomate in Europe and the United States, developing dietetic charters validated by international scientific committees. Pascale C. Jean grew up in Haiti, where her grandparents‿strong belief of family values and support provided her with the guidance and drive to help educate others on a healthy way of living. At the age of 12, her parents moved the family to Miami in order to assure that their children received the education needed in order to pursue their dreams. Marie is committed to community service and is a Notre Dame Mission Volunteers AmeriCorps alumnus. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a local youth program, singing, and taking trips to the park with her daughter. Sallaya is one of the co-founder committee of the Thai Association of Diabetes Educators andhas serves as the association’s speaker. She has been invited as a guest speaker for other healthcare organizations & nutrition business, numerous television and magazine interviews in Thailand. She has been widely recognized as a nutrition expert in Thailand for her ability to translate nutrition science into practice for the public and consumers.Sallaya has skills and experiences in translating nutrition and dietetics education. She is also bilingual in Thai and English. She graduated Toita Women’s College, Tokyo, Japan, major in food and nutrition. After Graduated in College, She had worked in trading company related to food and nutrition and had experience of translating in Japanese and English for 2 years. She also have experience as a teacher in cram school teaching English, Japanese, Math, Sience, Society. At present, She works at general hospital in Tokyo as a Dietitian/Nutritionist. We live, breathe, and understand Hispanic trends, traditions, and customs.
