She and her husband, Jeff, had great success at buying and renovating multifamily rental properties on Fort Myers Beach. After vacationing in the Smoky Mountains for years, Diane and Jeff moved to Western North Carolina 10 years ago. They started buying land and Jeff bought excavating equipment to develop it. Diane earned her realtor and broker licenses, working as an independent broker selling lots in their developments, Sawmill Springs and Rocky Face Mountain.
