Who We Are Focus on Behavior offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavioral consulting services. Founded in 2010, Focus on Behavior was the first ABA clinic in Bay County. It was opened with the goal of increasing the availability of quality evidence-based treatment for children with autism and other special learning/behavioral needs. Today, Focus on Behavior continues to provide a valued service to the local community and is committed to continuing to grow to best meet the needs of the children and families they serve. We work to foster a collaborative relationship with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other therapists to help our clients be most successful. We value the expertise of other professionals who work with our clients and appreciate the opportunity to offer support. With parent permission, we also welcome a client’s other therapy providers to visit our clinic and observe sessions. Our therapy team works together on a daily basis and participates in weekly face-to-face meetings. This frequent collaboration helps us to be consistent in the quality of our services and to maintain the integrity of our core values. We strive to represent the field of ABA in the best way we possibly can. With that in mind, our team works to maintain high ethical standards and to demonstrate exemplary professional conduct. We are also committed to continuing education, regularly attending and presenting at regional conferences. We are always accepting applications for experienced Behavior Therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s). Our therapy staff is composed of individuals who have received extensive, focused training in ABA and have experience in the field. We work as a close-knit and collaborative team to provide your child with high quality services.
