After a fulfilling sales and marketing career of more than 20 years in the medical device business, both as an executive with large multinational companies (Johnson & Johnson) and founder of smaller medical device ventures, Frederick and his family moved to Key Largo in 2013, where he and his wife, Carina, are raising their three children. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Frederick is an active real estate investor, and he also holds a Florida Certified Residential Contractor license.  As such, Frederick is acutely aware of the opportunities and challenges that are present in the Upper Keys market.
