MISSION STATEMENT Dedicated to helping families, guardians and trustees reach their immediate and future college needs. is a 1973 graduate of Harvard University with a degree in psychology. He also attended MBA classes at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California with studies in Finance and Investment Analysis. Working in the railroad transportation industry from 1969-1982, Bud climbed the corporate ladder to end up running a rail car maintenance company as Vice President of Operations from 1980-1982. Leaving this industry, Bud applied his investment selling skills to marketing real estate limited partnerships in California and raised over $40 million from 167 investors. Over his investment banking career, Bud collaborated with several other financial planners in Northern California to form Oak Tree Securities, Inc, a FINRA registered Broker Dealer. Bud is now inactive as a Registered Representative and has sold his interest in the Broker Dealer but is activating his Series 65 Investment Advisory Representative credential in OH and FL. During his 40 year business career Bud has formed, funded and/or developed over 60 business entities. Bud is now a resident of SWFL, but his existing client base in Central Ohio, as well as his children who reside there, keeps him tied to his roots. Bud has recognized a need in his community to help families finance college education for their children. Bud has been trained as a concert violinist, professionally trained as a singer, sang in the Harvard Glee Club, and played college football and baseball as a freshman at Harvard.
