Florida Powerboat Club, Inc. Headquarters
The FPC facility is located in a modern warehouse complex, which completed construction in 2006. Stu and Jackie Jones formed Tymax Enterprises in that year, (named after their two sons Tyler and Maxwell) and purchased the building as an empty shell. From summer 2006 and for the next fifteen months, this 3,000 square foot shell underwent a complete build-out, with finished offices and a modern studio facility located upstairs. In November 2007, the club staff moved in and commenced operation, making this the new FPC headquarters. This building has made it much easier for FPC to operate the business and better serve its 500-plus members.
