FLORIDA PH SOLUTIONS, INC., BOCA RATON

Florida PH Solutions originally incorporated as pH Solutions Ltd. now holds the trade secrets and patents for various formulations identified as pHL series and the company is currently working on an expanded patent pending, Florida PH Solutions has developed an improved formulation containing buffered acids which are in production now. The advantages of the pHL series and especially the buffered product are highlighted in the “Advantages section of our website. Including the Our low pH buffered products have a variety of water treatment applications due to their effectiveness against bactericide, fungicide, germicide and virucide properties. The product line has been tested in many difficult water projects including sewage disposal water to make it usable in irrigation and recreational water projects. Studies performed in the United States and South America prove the efficacy of our products (See “ Studies performed in the United States and Spanish Studies section). In actual usage situations FPHS points to its success in Mexico City Mexico at a large sewage disposal area identified as Lake Texcoco. The Company was assigned the project of cleaning that lake and purifying its water. This body of water is a sewage disposal facility for 20 million people. The treatment was applied over many months and when completed the test water could easily be used for irrigation purposes for crops and vegetables. It was simpy put, agriculturally clean. Not only were our products deemed 100% successful in eliminating the algae, mold and bacteria; it was 99% successful in eliminating e-coli. The Company is expanding its United States Environmental Administration (EPA Registration) and intends to renew NSF Certification for our lead product. The original product was authorized as NSF compliant at our Mexico manufacturing facility in June of 2003. NSF International has been testing and certifying chemicals and products since its inception of its Wastewater Treatment programs since 1965 and is a valid source of information and certification of the vast majority of drinking water chemicals and system components to demonstrate that the products tested do not contribute to harmful levels of contaminants in drinking water. (See “NSF Certification section”) FPHS patented and patent pending formulations are used to control algae, bacteria and pond weed in irrigation reservoirs, sewage treatment lagoons, swimming pools, ponds and potable water supplies. The product line may also be used for the suppression of bacterial odors and toxic gases in sewage lagoons, feedlot run-off pits and animal confinement facilities containing organic matter or algae/bacteria. Its active ingredient is a biologically active form of copper ion (CU ). The copper is cheated and thus suspended at concentrations well within all safety minimums. These products have been used to clean rivers, streams, ponds and lakes in the USA and Mexico. Unlike traditional copper sulfate products, FPHS products contain a unique method that produces higher concentrations of hydrogen ions in a variety of water conditions. These ions bond with the copper ion (CU ), to keep it in suspension, which prevents the typical precipitation problems of conventional water treatments. In addition, the products can maintain scientifically predictable copper levels in suspension over extended periods of time, which provides precise control of bacteria and algae growth without over treatment. The product In contrast to chlorine, which is an oxidant that destroys the cellular walls of algae and bacteria, the product destroys bacteria, algae, and other organisms by interfering with their metabolism, causing the destruction of their reproductive capabilities. The microorganisms that are killed in chlorine treatments add to the sediment and cloud the water. Extensive testing, which has confirmed the safety and efficacy of this unique product, has been conducted in the United States, Mexico and Latin America. The product line has broad usage and additional patent filings are forthcoming. It is with this unique method that copper is bound as metallic in solution in its smallest molecular form. It is by bonding with the copper in its most basic molecular form that we can destroy all forms of bacteria, viruses (both enveloped and non-enveloped), mold, mildew, fungus, and spores effectively. Representative pathogens controlled by the product(s) include Escherichia coli, Streptococcus fecalis, Candida albicans, Shigella sonnei, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas, Vibrio cholera and Salmonella. Vibrio cholera, being one of the most dreaded virus in the world, is controlled within 2 hours after introduction of the product at concentrations as low as 1:240,000. Our product is not only the world leader in efficacy, but also in cost effectiveness of the treatment.
