Florida Muay Thai is an authentic Muay Thai school competing throughout the world since 1998. We have developed a unique way of teaching over the years by learning and studying Muay Thai from top schools around the world. Our program is catered to our students’ personal growth. We pride ourselves in knowing that our students are being taught proper technique. Florida Muay Thai members know how to work with all gym equipment and take pride in helping their teammates. We are also proud to say that we are the home to numerous members of Central Florida’s Law Enforcement agencies and First Responders! Florida Muay Thai Team Came here wanting to dive into something new and challenge myself further. Little did I know how obsessed I would become with Muay Thai training my first week in! One does not simply come to this gym and leave without being motivated to be the best “you” there is. Great challenge for absolute beginners and seasoned athletes .Everyone is friendly/respectful and the trainers are determined to push you past your limits and work well with all levels, they inspire you greatly. Coming here has only made me want to push myself harder and harder every day. Florida Muay Thai will help you develop overall as an individual, make you form a passionate/goal orientated mindset, and make you feel prepared for anything! This is a great gym teaching a very effective style of martial arts. The coaches are all incredibly involved and passionate about helping both new and advanced students learn and condition in every exercise and technique. Not only are the instructors great, but the more experienced members are also just as supportive and humble. I highly recommend this gym for serious competitive fighters and people who either want a challenging workout or just love martial arts. Florida Muay Thai is amazing. Robert and Paul are fantastic instructors who really take the time to work with their students. As someone who had no prior training or experience, I was really nervous about coming in, but Robert and Paul broke everything down for me and made me feel confident in my abilities. It’s very obvious from the time you walk in the door that these two care about their students and about the art of Muay Thai. Everyone is very friendly and there’s a great sense of camaraderie here.
