We're headed back to Hutchinson Island this Fall!
Our Big Idea is a lot like that. For a long time, community papers have successfully been going about their business without drawing much attention from the people making national media purchasing decisions because, well, we just weren't on their radar screen.
Your CPF membership provides a multitude of benefits and services that are paid for by the CPF classified network. If you haven't already, you'll want to take advantage of some of the following benefits:
Audits provided by Circulation Verification Council (CVC).
For publications that SELL network classified ads
Training seminars provided. No cost.
Helping publishers in CPF gain their market share of revenue and protecting their interests.
A publisher must publish, on a regular basis with at least 12 issues per year, a publication that is distributed free of charge by rack, carrier or postal delivery. In addition, the publication must have been in business for a minimum of one year (though you may apply to the Board of Directors for an exception to this requirement if you publish the CPF network classifieds).
A company must be a vendor or supplier of newspaper publishing related materials and other closely allied businesses.
