Florida Executive Property Services was established 1997 and seeks to provide a professional level of service to its owners, tenants, and vendors, and to promote through the example of everyday conduct our belief that following the “Golden Rule” is the best and most proper way to conduct our business practices, thus earning the trust, friendship, and repeat business of our clients as well as the respect of our peers. Irene is our Property Manager and brings an immense background of real estate experience, product knowledge and communication to all of her clients. She is dedicated to representing both her tenants and owners with excellence. Irene is naturally bilingual which allows her to represent a wider spectrum of clients including the Spanish speaking community. Michelle has been a part of the company since it began in 1997 and serves as the General Manager of both Florida Executive Property Services and its parent company, Florida Executive Realty. Her role is to assist with the people management side of property management.
