Since 1983 he has been responsible for The Lutgert Companies portfolio of high profile commercial projects and served as the Senior Vice President of the company. A sampling of his scope of commercial developments includes: large mixed-use development, resort lifestyle retail, Class A offices, and grocery anchored retail centers. His keen eye for design, strategic planning, and his leading role in the development and leasing of such award winning projects as The Mercato, The Village on Venetian Bay and The Northern Trust Building has made Dougall a leader in the field. He has negotiated over two million square feet of office and retail leases and over 600 transactions for a broad range of clients, from the largest of national chains to individual start-up businesses. Dougall graduated with honors in Economics from Hobart College and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition to being a devoted family man, Dougall is an active product developer, adventurer, and water sports enthusiast. Dougall is also assisted by Christie McCorkle, who graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in business and marketing. Christie has worked in the real estate and promotions field for about two years before coming over to join the Florida Commercial Advisors team. Christie assists in our marketing efforts.
