Florida 2000, Inc. who is the licensed real estate broker of the company. Sven officially started working in the Florida real estate market in the year 2000. Before that time, he had already familiarized himself with the area by buying and selling properties as a private investor. To make a long story short, real estate has always been a passion in his life. In 2000, Sven and Kerstin bought their first real estate company. Every new beginning is challenging but within only a year the business started booming and sales volume increased rapidly from year to year thereafter. A snowball started rolling…they kept investing into the real estate market themselves and Sven started to build up a base of satisfied clients. He is still working with European and US investors, as well as people buying and selling their primary residences or vacation homes. His services cover the buyer’s and seller’s market and go from waterfront lots and homes to new construction, gated communities, and commercial properties throughout most of the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast region. During the time from 2007 to 2010 Sven went to work for RE/MAX Realty Group, until he decided to open up his own business again in 2011 when the market showed signs of recovering from the drastic stagnation of the years before. Today, Sven and Kerstin can look back and say that they are very fortunate to still be around, unlike many other companies that did not “survive” the tough economic times. Sven has always kept a close relationship to his clients over the years and he distinguishes his real estate business through strong emphasis on outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity. Julian became a licensed real estate agent as well and supports the family business during his semester breaks. Meanwhile, Jannik also became a licensed Private Pilot.  Kerstin graduated in the area of Finance and Administration. She has been licensed as a real estate professional since 2001 and became a licensed mortgage loan originator in 2002. She mostly works in the financial area originating residential loans but also assists Sven with real estate matters. Since accounting has always been of interest to her she also took charge of the business bookkeeping. Besides working in real estate, Sven ventured into the car trading business in 2006. Again, he turned another passion into a career. The company affiliated with Auto Haus of Fort Myers, Inc. which emphazises the sale of luxury sports cars & motorcycles.
